Top Tech supports La Police

Accra, May 18, GNA – Top Tech Drive Consult Limited, a road safety and transport consultancy, on Thursday donated 20 reflective jackets worth seven million cedis to support the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the La District Police Service.

Mr Cecil Garbrah, Executive Director for Top Tech, said the Company upon realising that the Police lacked adequate logistics, decided to support it to provide the needed security to the community. He said the gesture marked the beginning of collaboration between the Company and the Police Service and announced an additional package to provide free driving training for two Police personnel. Mr Garbrah said the Company had since its inception 10 years ago supported other MTTUs in the country and expressed the hope that it would do more to support the Unit in ensuring safety on roads. ASP Samuel Nyamekye Adane-Ameyaw, District Commander for La District Police, who received the jackets, thanked the company for the donation.

He also commended EPP Book Service, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly and Mr K. Amoah, a transport officer, for supporting the Service in diverse ways.
