A truck loaded with timber with registration number GT 4550 has crashed a pregnant woman and her eight (8) year old daughter to death at Jinjini Kofi in the Western region.
The incident which occurred on Monday evening got several others injured.
Narrating the incident to Nyankonton Mu Nsem, Sir Joe said, the truck which was driving from Ahemakrom to Jinase had the chain tied to the locks tear when it got to Jinjin Kofi.
According to him, the timber numbering about six fell off from the truck crashed the pregnant woman and her daughter to death and injuring several others.
The body of the deceased victims have been deposited at the morgue while the injured are at the hospital receiving treatment.
