Three schools benefit from USAID programme

Three schools in the Nkoranza District have been selected to benefit from the Quality Improvement In Primary Schools (QUPS) project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The schools are Nkoranza Methodist Primary, Pinihe Catholic Primary and Bonsu Methodist Primary.

Speaking at a workshop on the project for the beneficiary schools, Mr H.K. Ofori-Awuah, Brong Ahafo Regional Director of Education commended USAID for assisting Ghana to provide quality education for her citizens.

He appealed to the communities to contribute their quota towards the successful execution of the project.

Mr Kwame Ampofo-Twumasi, District Chief Executive, pledged the assembly’s support for the project and called on the people to redouble their efforts to make the project successful.
