Three Esuaso murder suspects appear before Tarkwa Circuit Court

Three unemployed men of Esuaso, a town near Tarkwa, on Tuesday appeared before the Takoradi Circuit “B” for allegedly conspiring to commit murder and murder.

James Agbezuhlor, Seth Alonyene and Frederick Koomson, who all operate as illegal miners, are accused to have conspired and murdered Tetteh Tamakloe, alias Macho and Kobina Akpakuley alias Kobie on April 03, at Esuaso.

The prosecutor prayed the court to remand the accused persons for further investigations to continue and bring in more suspects who are now at large.

The Court said it has no jurisdiction to entertain the case and therefore, the pleas of the accused persons were not taken.**
