Three chainsaw operators have been found dead under a tree at Pabi in the Lower West Akyem Municipality of the Eastern region.
All three are believed to have been killed by a tree they felled during their operations.
They are yet to be identified but Superintendent Anane Appiah, the Asamankese District Police Commander said the Police in the area have begun investigations into the incident.
He added that the bodies have been conveyed to the Asamankese mortuary.
“They went to fell a tree and when the tree was coming down all the three of them were trapped and they all died,” Supt. Appiah said.
