The ‘fools’ in NPP will not condemn Agyapong – PPP organizer

The National Youth Organizer of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Divine Nkrumah, has added his voice to a statement made by MP for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, against chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC), Madam Charlotte Osei – that, she got appointed as EC boss after having sex with some bigwigs in government.

Speaking on Montie Fm’s morning show, which was monitored by GhanaPoliticsOnline.com Divine Nkrumah lamented that he’s not surprised that Kennedy Agyapong describes NPP members as fools, and so the same fools are not going to condemn him when he goes wrong.

“Personally, I would have kept mute over the issue but I’m shocked that this type of statement will come from an MP like Kennedy Agyapong. This type of statements is streets talks and shouldn’t be allowed on campaign grounds. We can’t disgrace and belittle our women like this” he lamented.

He continued that he doesn’t blame anybody, but rather blame’s the authorities in the NPP for their seeming silence in condemning Mr. Agyapong’s comments.

“Some of their leaders have come out to say that they will never condemn him, and I’m not surprised and beginning to agree with Kennedy’s statements he made years back that NPP are fools.

“If not, they would have condemned him. He said they are fools and the fools said they will not condemn his foolish act, it tells you the caliber of people in NPP. The fools in NPP will not condemn Kennedy agyapong” he ended.

The National Youth Coordinator of the Progressive People’s Party added that if NPP as a party knows the implications and depth of the statement made by Kennedy Agyapong, they wouldn’t be saying they won’t condemn him.
