The Ayawaso Blues [2]: The Appeal

As the High Court decision of Mrs Justice Agness A. Dorzie in the case of The Republic of Ghana Versus Electoral Commission (1st respondent), Mrs Rebecca Adotey – NDC member for Ayawaso West-Wuogon (2nd respondent) and Ex parte George Isaac Amoo – NPP candidate for the said consituency (the applicant) goes to appeal, Ghana Review International has obtained a copy of the full transcript of Her Lordship’s judgement of 15th December 1997.
