Sammy Awuku, deputy director of communications for the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has lauded Ghanaian youth for casting their ballots which appears to have favoured the biggest opposition party in the country.
The NPP magnate made this statement after the likes of Dr. Edward Nasigeri Mahama, Papa Kwesi Nduom and other politicians defied the EC to declare and congratulate NPP for victory in the 2016 general elections.
Mr. Awuku wrote on his wall, “Thank you youth of Ghana for making our nation, generation proud. You took up the challenge and chose hope over fear.”
