Tema West MP expresses gratitude to constituents

Tema, Feb. 9, GNA – Mr Abraham Ossei Aidooh, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Tema West on Wednesday expressed his gratitude to members of his constituency for returning him to parliament for the third time.

He was also grateful that they voted massively for President John Agyekum Kufour to run another four-year term of office. A press release signed by the constituency secretary, Mr Henry Osei-Owusu, entreated the constituents to sustain the confidence reposed in the MP and the Party and to continue to support efforts to transform the country into a better place for all.

The release called on members of the NPP to put the victory of the 2004 behind them and work closely with all, irrespective of their political affiliations, to promote a congenial atmosphere that would ensure the rapid development of the constituency.

The release appealed to the youth of the constituency to take advantage of a skill training programme being run by Mr Aidoo under the government’s STEP programme to acquire employable skills.
