Once again, the Tema motorway has come under the radar with about five vehicles involved in an accident around 5pm on Saturday evening around Tema Community 19 junction
According to an eyewitness account, the accident may have been caused by some fluid on the outer lane of the road, which could have caused the drivers to lose control and skid off the road, causing the accident.
The about five vehicles, including a taxi, a pick-up and some saloon cars, lying within a 2 kilometer distance, were seemingly damaged, but no deaths recorded as at the time of filing this report.
As at 7pm, some of the vehicles had been moved from the scene with traffic moving slowly.
However, checks indicate that the fluid suspected to have caused the accident is still on the road.
It is not clear what fluid it is and for what purpose or how it got on the road.
