Television fees to go up

Mr Asamoah Boateng, Deputy Minister of Information, announced the intention of the authorities to increase the television license fee from 3,000 to 15,000 cedis a year. This is to enable the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation to solve some of its financial problems.
