Teenager electrocuted at Kwesimintsin

A 14 year old Junior High School girl at Whindo, who was electrocuted some days ago, has been laid to rest.

The deceased, Epo Efua, was said to have visited a friend and met her untimely death when she leaned against one of the windows in the house.

Her Mother, Maame Wu, who confirmed the incident to the GNA, said Epo Efua, was a responsible and good girl who was loved by all in the neighborhood.

The bereaved mother could not understand why such a calamity should befall her and shed uncontrollable tears as the casket was carried to the Kwesimintsin cemetery for burial.

Information gathered revealed that the family did not make any official complaint to the police but rather sent the mortal remains home after she was declared dead on arrival at the Jemmimah Crentsil Hospital in Kwesimintsin.
