Techiman gets boreholes

Koase (B/A), Sept 6, GNA – Mr Prince Yaw Donyina, the Techiman Municipal Chief Executive, has commissioned a total of 107 boreholes costing 9.7 billion cedis at Koase in the Techiman municipality. Mr Donyina said the Municipal Assembly was focused on the provision of water and other development projects.

He said ongoing projects in the municipality included the upgrading of roads in Techiman, provision of electricity, agricultural projects, irrigation and agro-processing.

The assembly has constructed mechanized boreholes costing 47 million cedis at Nkwaeso, Bouyem, Fiaso and Mesidan.
