Teachers Urged to ensure Proper Record Keepings

Bolgatanga, Dec. 22, GNA- Mr. Adam Jakpa Yakubu, Programme Officer of the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) on Friday urged teachers to ensure proper record keepings of class registers and admission registers which give the history of pupils in their schools.

Mr. Jakpa made the call at a day’s workshop under the theme, “Positive Action on Programme Management -The Concern for All Programmes Sustainability” for Circuit Supervisors of the Bolgatanga Municipality. He urged Circuit Supervisors to constantly monitor schools registers to ensure that they were properly marked before the cooking of the CRS food made for schools.

He said CRS was a partner in education delivering, as it did not only provide schools lunch to increase school enrolment drive and retention but provided school infrastructure as well.
