Teachers at Kwamang donate to three students

Kwamang (Ash), Aug 3, GNA – Teachers at Kwamang in the Sekyere West District have donated 1.2 million cedis to three final-year students of the Saint Monica’s Training College at Asante-Mampong.

The teacher trainees: Miss Grace Nyarko, Miss Erica Yaa Konadu and Miss Millicent Sarfo had their personal belongings destroyed in a fire outbreak while they were on teaching practice at Kwamang.

Mr Mike Kwaku Addo, Sekyere West Deputy District Director of Education, who presented the money to the victims on behalf of the teachers, appealed to the teachers to put the incident behind them and prepare towards their final examinations. The three students expressed their appreciation to the teachers for the donation.
