Naa Professor Abubakr Al-Hassan, Principal of the Technical University College of Tamale (TUCT), has appealed to the Government to support the college with modern equipment to enhance teaching and learning.

He said the college needed modern technical and technological equipment such as modern geodetic engineering equipment to enhance engineering practical work and appealed to other stakeholders in the education sector to also assist.

Professor Al-Hassan made the appeal during the joint matriculation and graduation ceremony of TUCT on Wednesday.

He said there was the need for the Government to assist the TUCT to promote technical and technological education in the country.
