Suspected robber electrocuted

The Oyarifa Police in the Greater Accra Region are investigating a case involving a man who allegedly got electrocuted at Oyarifa when he attempted to break into a provision store.

The deceased who is said to be from 34-40 years had his head and chest stuffed in between the doors of the iron container.

Madam Manubea Opoku, who is assisting the police in their investigations, told the Ghana News Agency that at dawn, her husband received a message that her store had been broken into.

Items found on the suspected armed robber included a screw driver, an iron bar and broken locks.
