Suspected cloth thief granted bail

Tema, Feb. 10, GNA — A labourer who was found wearing a piece of cloth that had been stolen from a kiosk in Tema, has been granted bail in the sum of 15 million cedis with one surety by the Tema circuit court ‘A’. Kwaku Aggrey pleaded not guilty and will reappear on March 1, 2005. However, an accomplice, Baba Yaro, pleaded guilty, but the court deferred sentence till March.
