Supreme Court resumes sitting on Isofoton SA case

The Supreme Court will resume hearing on a suit filed by former Attorney General Martin Amidu, challenging a claim of $1.3 million dollars by Spanish company Isofoton SA as judgement debt.

According to Mr. Amidu, Isofoton SA did not have a legitimate contract with government and therefore has no business making such demands.

Mr. Amidu is seeking nine declarations including what he says are the illegal payments made to Isofoton by government.

Mr Amidu has sued the Attorney-General, Isofoton SA together with the agent of the company Anane-Agyei Forson.
