Sunyani Hospital records five births

Sunyani Jan. 5, GNA – The Sunyani Regional Hospital recorded five deliveries on New Year’s Day.

Mrs. Faustina Nyarko, Deputy Director of Nursing Services told Ghana News Agency in an interview that the deliveries were made of three males and two females.

She said four of them were normal deliveries, without any complications but one of the females was delivered through a caesarean section.

Mrs. Nyarko advised pregnant women to attend antenatal clinic regularly and to heed advice given them by the nurses and doctors to avoid complications during delivery. She said the Hospital was taking measures aimed at providing quality health services to the public in the years ahead.
