He pleaded not guilty and would re-appear on February 27, 2006. Prosecuting, Police Chief Inspector E. T. He said at about 2000 hours on January 1, this year, the accused met the victim at the Odumase lorry park and offered to accompany her to wherever she was going.

On the way, Chief Inspector Boison said, Amoah bought a bottle of soft drink for her and proposed love to her but the victim rejected his advance.

The prosecutor said the accused managed to lure the victim to his room, detained her for the night and had sex with her.
