Sunyani Anglican Diocese ordains new priest and deacons

The Sunyani Anglican Diocese has ordained one priest and four deacons and they are Reverend Seth Addo Bekoe and deacons Collins Opoku, Frank Kusi, Richard Obeng and Thomas Adjei.

In the absence of the priest, the deacons will officiate mass and administer baptism of new converts.

The Right Reverend Dr Festus Yeboah-Asuamah, Anglican Bishop of the Sunyani Diocese, appealed to them to be committed to their call, discharge their duties with diligence and ensure that their social life would bring more souls to the Christian faith.

Rt Rev Dr Yeboah-Asuamah advised the priest and the new diaconate to ensure that they placed the spiritual wellbeing of the church and the expansion of God’s kingdom above their individual interest.
