MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of greetings to John Agyekum Kufour of the Republic of Ghana, on the occasion of the independence anniversary of his country.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to the president and to the people of Ghana.
