Suhun Pentecost Church lays foundation stone for building

Nsawam, Aug. 13, GNA – Apostle Emmanuel Kojo Akpabli, Head of Suhum Church of Pentecost assisted by Reverend .V. K. Asamoah, District Pastor of Adoagyim laid a foundation stone for a church building at Sakyikrom near Nsawam on Friday.

Apostle Kojo Akapabli said the project, which is being undertaken by the members of the Church, would be completed in two years to accommodate over 336 members.

In a sermon, Apostle Akpabli called on members not to allow themselves to be influenced by other religions, but should be firm and take the reading of their bibles seriously.

He said the fear of God would enable them and their families to grow in the Lord.

Presiding Elder, Abraham Amoah Larbi of Sakyikrom branch of the Church said, apart from the construction of the church building, the Pentecost Church had constructed many schools in the country including

a university at Sowutuom in Accra.

Elder Larbi also urged Church members not to relent on their efforts in contributing to the completion of the project.
