Students cry for National Service codes

Some students of the University of Ghana are angry with the University Authorities over delay in the release of their national service codes.

The students need the codes to register to undertake their year-long national service, but they are yet to obtain their codes to register although the service year has begun.

Some of the affected students who shared their frustrations with XYZ NEWS said they are do not know what else to do after making all the necessary demands on the university’s authorities.

Meanwhile, officials of the University’s Planning and Management Information Services Directorate however say they cannot be blamed.

They have told XYZ News the National Service Secretariat is yet to release the code for the affected students.
