Student nurse crashed by state vehicle

A student nurse of the Kpembe nursing and midwifery training college (KNMTC) is currently battling for his life after being knocked down by a speeding Toyota Hilux double cabin pick up with registration number GV 444-11 in tamale.

The victim whose name has been given as Baba Musah Jawula a native of Kpembe in the East Gonja district was on his way to his house on his Savvy motorbike popularly called “mapouka” around SNNIT residential area in the metropolis when he was knocked down by the vehicle.

The cause of the accident is still not known but the victim is currently in critical condition, he sustained various degrees of injuries, has been referred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.
