Strong Faith Family Chapel ordains four Pastors

Four men of God have been ordained pastors for the Strong Faith Family Chapel International church at Adomfie in Accra.

The four; Pastors Emmanuel M. Coffie, Sammuel Opoku Nti, Joseph Nkuah-Mensah Jnr and Isaac Donkor were ordained by Rev. Mrs. Grace Nkuah Mensah as pastors of the Church and workers of the vineyard following their successful completion of a five-year training in ministry.

Present at the ordination ceremony were the founder of the Strong Faith Family Chapel International, Rev. Mrs. Grace Nkuah Mensah, His Eminence Archbishop Barkers Arthur and Bishop Dr. Akwasi Agyeman Jnr. among other dignitaries.

Delivering his sermon at the ceremony, Bishop Dr. Akwasi Agyeman Jnr urged the new pastors to be humble in their ministry.

He said theirs is not to fight for positions but to be submissive to their superiors. Stating that, those in the Church are in the Kingdom of God and cannot do well in their ministry without humility.

“If you want to be great, you need to humble yourself because there is an interesting connection between humility and greatness. The Church is the kingdom of God and there are rules in the Kingdom. The same way, there are a lot of people in the kingdom but not everybody in the kingdom gets promoted because it is not everybody in the kingdom that follows the rules in the kingdom,” he said.

Bishop Agyeman further stated that those who promote themselves do not last long. He urged the new pastors not to be like shooting stars seen in a flash but to be stars that will shine for long and will be the light of the world.

For her part, Rev. Mrs. Grace Nkuah Mensah, Founder of the Strong Faith Family Chapel International urged the new pastors to do the will of God and not do as they please. According to her, she has faith in the newly ordained and believes they will profess only the word and voice of God to the flock.
