Residents of the Tamale Metropolis will have to brace themselves for one of the biggest shocks as some unscrupulous persons have started introducing some entertainment centers that seek to recruit the youth of the ancient town to illicit practices.
Investigations conducted by mynewsgh.com have revealed that a strip nite club has commenced operations at Discovery Hotel belonging to Philip Akpeena Assibit on the blind side of city authorities.
Checks at the Ghana Tourism Authority confirm that managers of the facility located at Jisonayili have not received certification for purposes of operating a strip club but are grooming teenagers as strip dancers.
Banner advertisements that corroborate mynewsgh.com’s investigations indicate that the strip nite club comes off every Sunday from 10 pm till the following morning.
What is not immediately known is why city authorities are refusing to clamp down on the operations of a strip nite club which is a recipe for promoting promiscuity and immorality breaking the moral fiber of the already troubled society.
Further checks however reveal that patrons of the strip nite club pay GH¢10 as entrance fee.
