Strengthen supervision in schools – GES Director

Nyinahin (Ash), Dec. 14, GNA – The Atwima-Mponua District Director of Education, Nii Amon Kotey, has urged head teachers to strengthen supervision in schools and enforce discipline.

They should ensure that they vetted lesson notes prepared by teachers and to see to it that the contact hours were effectively utilized.

Nii Amon Kotey who was speaking at a day’s orientation held for newly appointed head teachers in the area at Nyinahin, said this was the path to travel to enhance academic performance..

The goal was to assist them to have better insight and appreciation of their job.
