Still Pure Water and Wybal Limited donates to NADMO

Accra, June 23, GNA- Still Pure Water and Wybal Limited on Saturday donated 100 cartons of bottled Savannah Spring water and three tricycles valued at 40 million cedis to the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) as part of the company’s corporate responsibility. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Adjei Boateng, Chief Executive Officer of the company said, his outfit was moved by recent appeal by NADMO to corporate bodies to contribute to help alleviate the suffering of victims of the recent floods in the country.

Mr Boateng said his company presented tricycles to the Ministry of Agriculture to help in the rural areas for multi-purpose activities such as the conveying of pregnant women to the hospitals and also for use on farms. Mr George Isaac Amoo, National Coordinator of NADMO said water formed an important part of the human system and that it was in the right direction that the company had heeded to the call by NADMO to help mitigate the sufferings of victims of recent floods in the country. Mr Amoo thanked the company for the kind gesture and expressed the need for future partnership between NADMO and the company.
