Some charlatans are holding the Bible in the name of God – Rev. Korankye Ankrah

Reverend Sam Korankye Ankrah, Apostle General of the Royalhouse Chapel International, has decried the increasing infiltration of the church by charlatans and urged Christians to hold on to the word of God.

“These days you see all kinds of things and charlatans holding the bible and doing all kinds of things in the name of God.”

Rev. Ankrah, therefore, appealed to the Christians to learn the word of God adding: “If you know the word nobody can take it away from you.”

He was speaking at the launch of the Christ Apostolic Church International Centenary celebration held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The celebration which was on the theme: “100 years of impacting the world through Pentecostalism,” saw the launch of the church’s logo.

Rev Ankrah who spoke on behalf of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council also admonished Christians to hold on to their faith and ensure that their lives “ do not ridicule Christianity”.

On the CACI celebrations, Rev Ankrah noted that a nation that could not remember its history was not worth celebrating saying “it’s only history that tells where we have come from and where we are going”.

He said 100 years of Pentecostalism connoted the sacrifice made by the church’s Founder, the late Apostle P.N. Anim who was prayerful and walked in the power of God.
