Police at Goaso in the Brong Ahafo Region are holding a 20-year old galamsey operator for allegedly engaging in sodomy.
Kwame Adjei, who is popularly known as Woasehor, was handed over to the Police by colleague galamsey operators after they found him sodomising a friend this dawn.
Atieweni Mohammed of Success Fm reported that, “the Goaso Police Commander, Supt. Tsumasi Ankrah explained that the Police around 2:00am saw a group of young men at the Police Station with the victim and the suspect.”
“The young men were three in number in a room when the guy entered there and had this carnal knowledge with the victim. According to them, they heard an unusual noise in the room and when they woke up, they saw the suspect on top of the victim,” he added.
The victim was later sent to the Goaso Government Hospital where a Medical Doctor proved that the victim had sperms in his anus.
He is on admission at the hospital and the Police in the area are conducting further investigations into the matter.”
