Soccer News from Europe

by Ron Regien

Last week the Black Satellites played a match in Maastricht (Holland ) against the Netherlands youngsters to raise funds for the anti-racial movement. The home team won 2-1. The stands were packed with scouts from almost all European clubs. After the match Nii Ayi Hammond and Emmanuel Adjogu got invitations to play test matches in Holland coming summer for different teams. Also Robert Wittl ( who was not playing in that match ) will come to Holland this summer to show his talent.

In Germany the second division teams Waldorf Mannheim and Gutersloh will not get a license to play professional soccer next season. This means that Malam Yahaya and Frank Amankwa have to find themselves another team.
