Snappy Peanuts Snack given green light

Accra April 6, GNA – The Food and Drugs Board on Tuesday announced that it had duly registered Snappy Peanut Snack, manufactured by Foodtech Limited in Accra.

This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Mr Karl Tuffuoh, Head of the Communications Department of the Board.

The statement drew the attention of the media, advertisers and their agents to the provisions of Food and Drugs law; PNDCL 305B of 1992 that prohibited airing advertisement on unapproved food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices and household chemicals.
