Sir John: I have been insulted and lampooned by my own people

For every work done, there is time for scrutiny. And no one would want to hear or read about condemnable remarks about works entrusted into their care.

And it is for this reason, the General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party resonates with the above point. He is currently saddened about the uncomplimentary comments some have said about him.

Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, has stated that upon all his relentless sacrifices and love he has demonstrated for the party, some of his own party members have attacked him describing him as a person with an abrasive tongue.

In an interview with Okay FM, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie also known as Sir John revealed that he has been crucified, insulted and painted black for no wrong done.

He passionately stated that he doesn’t want to be remembered as a politician who earned credit for being abrasive.

He ended his submission by referring to a Bible verse in 1st Corinthians 9 verse 19 which reads: “Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible.”
