SINGAPOREAN TRADE DELEGATION IN FOR TWO DAY VISIT

Accra, Jan.29, A seven member trade delegation from Singapore has arrived in the country for a three day visit to follow up President Rawlings’ recent investor wooing trip to that country. A statement from the Ministry of Trade said members of the delegation today met Mr Dan Abodakpi, Deputy Minister of Trade and its leader, Mr Foo Kok Swee, said they were on a fact finding mission. Mr Swee said the delegation is here to ascertain at first hand the situation in the country pending specific requests from the government. The delegation includes experts from Singapore’s Changi

Airport in which the President expressed much interest and satisfaction during his visit and J.T.C International Pte Limited,estate developers.
