One of the two Siamese twins separated yesterday after a marathon surgical operation has died.
Dr Boateng Nimako of the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital confirmed this to Luv FM’s Ohemeng Tawiah Wednesday evening.
She is said to have died from a hole in heart complication.
The two were said to be in critical condition after the surgery and were kept at the hospital’s intensive care unit.
Doctors are still working to keep the other twin alive.
