Shortlisted Kwara teachers to undergo mandatory drug test, sign six-year bond

The Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has announced that 1,800 shortlisted applicants for teaching appointments will undergo a mandatory drug test before their final recruitment.

Additionally, successful candidates will be required to sign a six-year bond, preventing them from seeking transfers.

The development was disclosed in a statement by TESCOM’s Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onile, who explained that the shortlisted applicants emerged from a rigorous screening process, including computer-based tests and interviews conducted over three months.
