After the numerous road campaigns, it seems the message has still not gone across to a section of the masses.
Early Wednesday morning when you least expect to see a sheep crossing the Tema Motorway, we rather found a sheep riding pillion on a motorcycle with another passenger towards Accra. (Road offense)
To make matters worse, when workers are clamoring to get seats on our inadequate buses to work, we came across one of the few Metro Mass Transit buses, with registration number GC-8462-11, on the Tema Motorway carrying foodstuff to Accra. (DVLA vehicle usage code defied)
They passed by the police at the end of the Motorway without being arrested or less, warned. (Norm)
