Seven persons killed in road accident

Nkawkaw, April 1, GNA – Seven persons were killed in a motor accident at Apenkrom, a suburb of Nkawkaw at dawn on Thursday. Twenty-six other passengers, including the driver who sustained serious injuries, are on admission at the Atibie Government Hospital. Deputy Superintendent of Police Shaibu Osei, Nkawkaw District Police Commander, told the GNA that a Yutong bus ran into a stationery articulator truck at Apenkrom. He said the truck a red triangle sign showing it was stationary. The deceased are yet to be identified.
