Akim Osino, Aug. 18, GNA – Seven candidates have filed their papers to contest the forth-coming district level elections in two electoral areas at Akim Osino in the Fanteakwa District. The Nkatease Electoral Area has three men and a woman and the Akyease Electoral Area has three candidates including a woman contesting. Briefing the Ghana News Agency at Osino, the Returning Officer, Mr Otto Von Bismarck, said the four candidates contesting for Nkatease are Mr Ossew Alex, 59, an agriculturalist, Mr Twum Asomaning Kwabena, 62, a retired educationist, Madam Margaret Amponsa-Aku, 58, a teacher and Mr Ned Affum, 44, a photographer. The three candidates for Akyease Electoral Area are Mr Rexford Jonathan Doku, 56, a teacher, Mr Anthony Kwadjo Agyekum-Ababio, 50, a banker and Mrs Stella Botuo, 43, a teacher. 19 Aug 06
