President John Agyekum Kufuor in consultation with the Council of State has appointed Mr Joseph Henry Mensah, Senior Minister, as the Chairman of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC).
A Statement issued in Accra on Friday and signed by Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, Press Secretary to the President said Mr Mensah replaces, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, Minister of Energy.
