Second Lady urges Nzemas to support Energy Minister to deliver

The Second Lady, Mrs Matilda Nana Manye Amissah-Arthur, has asked the people of Ellembelle to rally behind the Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Mr Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah to administer effectively in his new political endeavour.

Mrs Amissah-Arthur made the request when she addressed the people of Ellembelle, Evaloe-Gwira and Jomoro constituencies during an inter-denominational thanksgiving service at Aiyinasi in the Western Region.

The occasion was to afford the Minister the opportunity to express his gratitude to the people for renewing his mandate.

The Second Lady who hails from the area said she would use her office to seek the interest of the locality.

She asked school children to study hard and take advantage of emerging economic opportunities in the area.

Mr Buah, who is also the Member of Parliament for Ellembelle, assured the nation that the regular power outages would soon be a thing of the past.

The Omanhene of Nzema Traditional Council, Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli appealed to the people to give Mr Buah time to help address some of the challenges confronting them.
