Saloon Loan Saga: Ministers Deceived Parliament

Minority Spokesman on Finance, Hon. Moses Asaga has cited finance Minister, Hon. Yaw Osafo Maafo, Trade and PSI minister, Allan Kyeremanteng, and minister of Ports and Harbours, Prof. Ameyaw Ekumfi for deceit of Parliament.
Hon Asaga who is also the NDC Member of Parliament for Nabdam said on Peace FM?s morning show Kokrokoo on Monday, May 17 that he thought the three gentlemen who piloted the $300million dollar agreement between the government and the Chinese New Technologies Investment Limited did a good job.
According to him the three ministers deceived the finance committee of the House, by presenting a long list of addresses of the CNT which were later found to be wrong. Reaching to the call by his party colleague, Dr. Tony Aidoo that he Moses Asaga should resign, Hon. Asaga called for the resignation of the key persons who deceived Parliament to pass the $300million dollar loan agreement.
