Sunyani (B/A) Feb. 20 GNA – The Sunyani Polytechnic branch of Tertiary Education Students Confederacy (TESCON) of the New Patriotic Party at the weekend undertook a massive clean-up exercise in Sunyani.
The students, numbering about 50 weeded bushy areas, swept streets and desilted gutters in selected areas in the regional capital. Mr. Djan Martin, branch President, told Ghana News Agency, the exercise was TESCON’s contribution to keep the municipality clean in order to prevent the outbreak of diseases.
He said the students were prepared to help the Government to enhance the completion of development projects in the municipality. Feb.20 05
