The equipment included stethoscopes, blood pressure monitors and weighing scales.

Making the donation, the Vocational Director of the Club, Mr Kofi Adu Mensah, said the gesture was in support of the commendable effort of the Centre to provide care and hope for the PLWHAs.

He assured the Centre of the continued support of the Club to fulfil its mission and advised the inmates to concentrate on their income-generating activities to raise income for themselves and their families.

Receiving the donation, the Centre Director, Rev. Father Alex Bobby Benson, thanked the Club for coming to the aid of the Centre the second time in a year and appealed for a thermometer to help facilitate the health checks on the inmates who number about 40.
