The management of Focal Media Ltd, (publisher of The Enquirer) having appraised ourselves of the legal implications of a story which appeared on the front page of yesterday’s edition of the Enquirer with the above headline, admits that the said story was not fair to the reputation and integrity of the CEO of COCOBOD, Dr. Stephen Opuni.
Management believes that the story was not just libelous but injurious to his reputation and hereby retracts and apologize to his person and any other person or organizations who might have been offended by the said story.
Management will also take steps to assuage any pain, which he has suffered as a result of the said story.
