Retraction and apology

On Thursday, July 27, 2017, a story with the headline “Humado clean; Abuga Pele, others fingered in $500k GYEEDA rot” was published on our platform.

The publication of the story was based upon information that we believed to be reliable at the time.

However, our attention has since been drawn to some inaccuracies in the publication.

The article has since been pulled down and taken off the site.

We take the opportunity to render an unqualified apology to Mr Assibit Phillip Akpeena and Honourable Abuga Pele. We also apologize unreservedly to the trial Judge as well as the reading public.
