Residents of Mfrano clean-up township

Suhum (E/R), May 18, GNA – Residents of Mfrano, in the Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District last Sunday spent several hours in a general clean-up exercise in the town. Led by the Assembly member, Mr Stephen K Bekoe, they weeded the surroundings of the town, removed pile up refuse at vantage places in the town, including the bus stop and the market. Mr Bekoe in an address told the people that the election was over and so they should bury their political differences and unite. He advised the people to set aside specific days to organize communal labour and clean their surroundings to avoid an outbreak of diseases.
