Accra, June 26, GNA – The Ministry of the Interior on Thursday declared Tuesday July 1, Republic Day, a statutory public holiday. A statement signed by Dr. Kwame Addo-Kufuor, Minister of the Interior, said the day should be observed as such throughout the country.
